APPOINTMENTS

Making Your Appointment

 

Élevé Aesthetics offers an online booking service for appointments via the Faces platform, an external booking system. While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, Élevé Aesthetics is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or other matters that may arise on the Faces platform.

Upon booking an appointment, you are agreeing to Élevé Aesthetics’ Cancellation Policy, and an email confirmation will be sent to the address provided.

All appointments require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable, and in the event of a cancellation outside of the notice period or non-attendance, the deposit will be forfeited, and the full treatment amount may be charged. If more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, then the deposit is transferable to a new booking.

All clients are required to provide complete contact details. These are kept in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Clients should ensure that they update Élevé Aesthetics on any changes to their personal details and health status.

Advertised prices are subject to change without notice. Élevé Aesthetics reserves the right to remove treatments and packages from the treatment menu without notice.

Please ensure you follow the aftercare and homecare advice provided.

TREATMENTS FOR YOUNG PERSONS

Aesthetics treatments and Semi Permanent Make-up services are not permitted to any person under the age of 18.

Proof of age may be requested.

CANCELLATIONS & LATENESS

Élevé Aesthetics understands that plans change from time to time; therefore, it is respectfully requested that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is provided for all cancellations, rescheduling, and treatment modifications.

The cancellation policy is designed to protect and maintain the sustainability of the Élevé Aesthetics business.

  • Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours before the appointment date.

  • If an appointment is cancelled within the 48-hour notice period, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment.

  • If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.

  • For same-day cancellations and non-attendance, the booking fee will be forfeited, and the total value of the booking will be charged.

The cancellation fee will be applied to your client profile, and the outstanding amount will be charged to your credit card.

Clients who consistently cancel their appointments within 48 hours or do not attend their appointments will be asked to pay for their treatments in full and upfront.

Please consider other clients and arrive on time. A short period of time is allocated for lateness, depending on the treatment type. If there is time, the treatment will continue with modifications, but the original treatment amount will be charged. If the service requires rescheduling, the total value of the appointment will be charged under the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy. If there is no attendance or communication within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a non-attendance, and the charge will be incurred as outlined in the cancellation policy.

Élevé Aesthetics may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond its control. Élevé Aesthetics reserves the right to transfer your appointment, and in the unlikely event that this is not possible, it may need to be cancelled.

ALLERGY TESTING POLICY

Please be aware that specific treatments require an allergy test at least 48 hours prior to treatment.

A tiny proportion of people can have an allergic reaction to key ingredients in certain products. Allergy testing ensures your safety and is necessary to comply with the legal requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and insurance policies.

HEALTH CONDITIONS & PREGNANCY

Medical health conditions, including pregnancy and breast feeding, may prevent you from having specific treatments. If you have any medically supervised or medicated condition, please indicate this during the consultation.

ATTENDANCE

For the comfort of all clients, it is requested that mobile phones and other devices be switched to silent and calls only taken if necessary.

Élevé Aesthetics is not liable for any loss or damage of valuables, phones, devices, or other items brought to the premises.

Anyone parking outside the premises does so at their own risk. Élevé Aesthetics is not responsible for any damage, accidents, or loss incurred.
